These are the boring, nitty gritty bits that we need to let you know about! 

1. Fees:
a. ALL tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. The term tuition fee must be paid before the commencement of the class. IE- If you have chosen to pay in full, then full rate applies prior to class, if you have chosen to pay in 2 installments then first payment is due prior to class commencement and the second payment due in week 5. Pro-rata of total fee is only calculated for NEW student who enrols with Skyfall Studio Mid-Term.
c. NO refunds are given for missed classes for any reason.
d. Fees on current missed class MUST not be deducted from next school term tuition fee.
e. Pro-rata amount of fees may be allowed only once a year if the student has to be absent for three consecutive weeks or more due to family vacations or emergencies. This applies only to students who have already been with Skyfall Studio for more than one term.

2. Make-Up Class:
a. No more than ONE make-up classes is allowed per school term.
b. No make-up class will be provided if notification of absence is not received at least ONE hour prior to
the beginning of class. This policy also applies to scheduled make-up classes.
c. Make-up class must be scheduled in advance and is limited to existing class times only.
d. Make-up class is subject to availability of slots and classes.
e. Make-up class must be attended within FOUR weeks of the date of absence, or it will be forfeited.
f. Make-up class is not transferable.
g. Students are eligible to choose any time for make-up classes provided they are in the same age group.
3. Class Rules:
a. Students should be dropped off/pickup within 5 minutes of starting and finishing times.
b. Students need to be dropped off and picked up from the classroom located at 104 Victoria Street Mackay.
c. Skyfall Studio is not responsible for the safety of children outside their class times. Please ensure that only adults on the “approved for pickup” list are picking children up. It is important if there is a change in pickup arrangements that the main parent text Kate on 0435 210 291 asap.
d. Every precaution will be taken to ensure that the children’s clothes are not made dirty during class, but this cannot be guaranteed. If there are clothes that you do not wish to have graphite, paint, charcoal or pastel marks on, please consider not wearing them to class. Kate will provide a class set of aprons. Families may purchase their own if they want to, ask Kate for more details.
e. Please no food in class at all, children are required to bring their own waterbottle.
f. Kate may use images of your children work in social media and marketing. In all instances, your child will still be the owner of their original images and all credit will be given for their work. This will include their name and age where appropriate.
